Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Wayne Jackson Web Design provides technical website builds and SEO services. I am a technical specialist; please note that I don't do any graphic design. All visual elements must be provided by the client or will use standard professional layouts.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Technical Build: The standard 5-page technical build is priced at £850.

• Payment Terms: A deposit may be required before work begins, with the final balance due upon completion of the technical "engine."

• Ongoing Support: Monthly SEO and maintenance plans are billed separately as agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful build, clients must provide all necessary text, high-resolution images, and login credentials for existing domains or hosting in a timely manner.

4. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, the client owns the content and the website. I reserve the right to display the completed project in my portfolio of Latest Technical Builds.

5. Liability

With 10 years of engineering discipline, I build every site to high technical standards. However, I am not liable for any loss of business, data, or profits resulting from the use of the website or third-party hosting issues.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
